Customers may cancel orders at no cost before the items are shipped. Cancellations must be requested promptly (we recommend within 24 hours or as soon as possible) and before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled (instead, return procedures apply for eligible items). We refund all payments (including shipping charges) for valid cancellations, typically within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. No cancellation or “restocking” fees are charged to the customer (in compliance with India’s Consumer Protection rules). This policy covers prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, promotional items, and bulk orders. For questions or disputes, customers can contact our support or grievance officer (we acknowledge complaints in 48 hours and resolve them within one month).
Cancellation by the Customer
- When to cancel: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. To avoid issues, please cancel as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours or before dispatch).
- How to cancel: Contact our Customer Support with your order ID. You can email us at support@maanvirabotanics.com or call +91-8796064864 & 8796074864 (MON–SUN, 9am–6pm). If you have an online account, you may also cancel from the “My Orders” section before shipment.
- No fees: We do not charge any cancellation fee, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. There are also no restocking charges. You will receive a full refund of the order amount (including any taxes or shipping fees paid).
- Refund timing: Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated promptly. By RBI guidelines, we process refunds within about 7–10 working days of cancellation, to the original payment source. (For example, bank or card payments are refunded to the same account; wallet or UPI refunds go back to that source.) If you paid with gift cards or loyalty points, the value will be returned or re-credited to your account.
- COD orders: If you chose Cash on Delivery and cancel before shipping, no payment is needed. If you cancel after shipment, please refuse delivery or return the package to avoid payment. Once we receive the returned package, we will arrange a refund (usually via bank transfer) within the above timeframe.
Cancellation by Us (Seller)
- Out of stock or issues: In rare cases we may cancel your order (e.g. product unavailable). If we cancel before shipping, we will notify you by email/SMS and refund your payment in full (no charges to you).
- Equal charges: By law, if we cancel the order, we will bear any charges just as we charge you nothing when you cancel. We process these refunds promptly (same 7–10 day guideline).
If Order Has Shipped or Delivered
- After shipping: Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible, because shipping starts the delivery process. At that point the order is considered complete. (If you wish to stop delivery, try refusing the package upon arrival.)
- Returns as alternative: If a shipped product is defective or not what you ordered, you may return it. Please refer to our Return Policy (or contact support) for instructions. Typically, to return, ship unused items back in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund your payment (again within 7–10 business days).
Products Not Eligible or Special Cases
- Perishable/health/sensitive items: Cosmetic, herbal, or health-related products cannot be cancelled after shipping (due to hygiene and safety). Once delivered, only unused and unopened items are eligible for return under special cases (see Returns).
- Promotional items: If you purchased with a discount or voucher, the voucher is considered used and won’t be reinstated upon cancellation. Loyalty or reward points used in the purchase will be credited back to your account. Free gifts or samples included in your order should be returned along with the main product for a full refund.
- Sale items: Orders placed during sales or with heavy discounts can be cancelled and refunded normally, but note that any special “final sale” conditions (if stated at purchase) will apply.
Bulk and Wholesale Orders
- Cancellation window: For bulk or wholesale orders (large quantities), please inform us immediately if you need a cancellation. We generally allow cancellations within 24–48 hours of order placement, due to supply and processing requirements.
- Contact early: To cancel a bulk order, contact the sales team directly at sales@maanvirabotanics.com or call +91-8796064864 & 8796074864 as soon as possible. After 48 hours, cancellations may not be accepted or may incur handling.
Refund Processing
- How we refund: Refunds are made to the original payment method. Credit/debit card and net banking refunds are processed to the same account/card. Wallets or UPI payments are refunded back to the same wallet or UPI ID. Gift-card refunds go back to a gift card.
- Timeframe: We initiate refunds within 24–48 hours of approving a cancellation. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (depends on your bank or payment provider). This complies with RBI guidelines on timely refunds.
- Notifications: We will send you an email once the refund is initiated. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us.

- Grievance Officer: As required by law, we have a designated Grievance Officer to handle complaints. They will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
- Consumer rights: This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and related rules. If an issue remains unresolved, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Forum or Ombudsman in India, as a last resort.
