We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and comply with Indian consumer laws. Under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and E‑Commerce Rules 2020, you have the right to a refund or replacement if goods are defective, counterfeit, or not as described. We do not impose any cancellation fees on consumers. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for unopened, unused products and how to proceed in case of problems.
Returns and Eligibility
- Return Window: You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in original condition with all seals, tags, and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. any opened herbal oils or supplements. Sale or clearance items marked “final” are non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If an item is damaged, defective, expired, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange return of the item and offer a full refund or replacement. Such returns incur no restocking fee and we cover shipping for these cases. (Per law, defective or incorrect goods cannot be refused for return.)
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. We do not charge cancellation fees as required by law. After dispatch, cancellations become returns (see above).
How to Return Items
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer support via the email or phone on our website with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is defective or wrong. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide instructions or a Return Authorization.
- Ship the Product: After approval, ship the item in secure packaging to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on “change of mind” returns. (If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will reimburse or cover the shipping cost.) We recommend using a trackable courier.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.) by default, although we may issue store credit if you prefer. Indian law entitles you to a full refund for defective goods, so we do not force store-credit-only refunds in those cases.
Refunds & Timeline
- Refund Amount: We refund the price you paid for the product. We deduct shipping charges only if the return is for a change of mind (as disclosed in this policy). If you paid under a promotion, we refund the actual paid amount.
- Processing Time: We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. (For example, other Indian retailers typically refund within 7–10 days.) You will see the credit on your original payment source shortly thereafter, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
- No Returns: We cannot accept returns of any opened or used product under any circumstances (this is for your health and safety). This includes opened jars, bottles, or any item where the seal is broken. Also non-refundable are final-sale items, samples, and gift cards. Defective or incorrectly shipped items do qualify for return even if opened (because they are not fit for sale).
Dispute Resolution
We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you have the right to contact the Consumer Helpline (1915) or file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. In all cases, our policy is governed by Indian law.
