Shipping Regions & Carriers

We ship nationwide within India. (International orders are handled case-by-case; any duties/taxes are borne by the customer.) We use reputable couriers (e.g. India Post Speed Post/EMS, Delhivery, Blue Dart/DHL Express, FedEx India, DTDC, XpressBees, Ecom Express, etc.). Choice of carrier depends on destination, speed, and cost. Most urban orders go via fast air service; remote shipments may travel by ground. Shipping Methods & Order Processing

  • Standard Shipping: Ground/air service (3–5 business days metro, 5–7 rural).

Delivery Timeframes by Region

Delivery times vary by distance and location. As a guideline: Metro to Metro: ~1–3 business days. Within same state: ~2–4 days. Metro to Tier-2/town: ~3–5 days. Remote/rural: up to ~7 business days or more. (These are estimates – actual times depend on carrier and area.) Metro areas often see next-day or 2-day delivery, whereas deliveries to Northeast or island regions may take longer. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days. We provide tracking so customers can monitor progress.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer clear shipping rates and/or free-shipping thresholds:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: e.g. a fixed fee (say ₹1000) per order nationwide, regardless of weight (within limits).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is reported lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support immediately. We will lodge a claim with the carrier on your behalf. International Shipments (Customs & Duties)

(If applicable) International shipping is not standard at launch. When we ship abroad, all customs duties, GST, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Aspect)

For fragile items, we use compostable bubble wrap or padding. Sustainable practices help reduce waste in transit.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is offered India-wide. A fixed COD fee (e.g. ₹50 per order) covers extra handling by the courier. (This is in line with industry norms.) We encourage prepaid orders to avoid COD charges. The COD fee is communicated at checkout. The courier collects the payment (cash, UPI, or other mobile payment) and remits it to us.
